About

I’m a New York-based yoga teacher with more than 800 hours of training. Since 2004, yoga has been a source of joy and calm within the hustle of life in NYC. In my teaching, I hope to share the passion and peace I feel on my mat and provide students with an environment in which they uncover new understanding, vibrant presence, and ease. My classes offer a vigorous, lighthearted practice and intelligently-aligned vinyasa flow to encourage somatic awareness, inspire curiosity, and empower.

I am filled with gratitude for my teachers and the community that yoga has brought into my life, having completed a 200-hour certification at The Yoga Common in 2014 and a 300-hour training in 2017 at Boston Yoga School in Boston, MA under the mentorship of Ame Wren and Kevin Courtney. I received a 75-hour advanced certification through The Sacred Fig and Kula Yoga Project with Anton Brandt and Nikki Vilella in 2019. In 2024, I completed the Threes Physiyoga Advanced Teacher Training, a science-informed training that applies physical therapy principles to the foundations of yoga.

I offer regular retreats to domestic and international locales to provide students with an opportunity to step away from their daily routines and revel in practice, community, and connection. I’m also the Director of The Yoga Common’s Teacher Training, offering both 200-Hour and 300-Hour Yoga Alliance-certified programs to aspiring and current teachers. I teach annually during Green Box Arts in Green Mountain Falls, CO, a multi-disciplinary arts festival. In addition to teaching yoga, I am a producer and arts manager, working with choreographers and dance companies.
