Whether you're a beginner, an advanced practitioner, or working through an injury, private yoga sessions can help you cultivate time and space to devote to your practice, create consistency, and support your goals for wellness. Private sessions offer an embodied exploration to help orient you to your body’s distinct needs and patterns through a blend of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and other movement modalities. Private sessions are customized to honor your unique experiences and histories to encourage awareness, ease, and clarity.
