Retreat Refund Policy
Please carefully read the refund policy.
Your Deposit
Retreat deposits are non-refundable. Please consider your circumstances before paying your deposit for a retreat. It is your responsibility to ensure you can attend the program before placing your deposit. *In the unexpected event of the retreat being postponed due to Covid or any other unforeseen event, guests will have the opportunity to shift their deposits to a future retreat or receive a full refund.
Your Remainder Payment
In all cases, full payment for the retreat must be received no later than 90 days before the start date to hold your spot. In the case of any bookings made after this date, payment must be made in full at the time of registration. In the month leading up to the final payment date, you will receive reminders to complete your payment. If we do not receive your payment on time, your spot will be made available to those on the waitlist and you will forfeit your deposit. There are no refunds or transfers of payments after the above deadline due to the fact that we are required to make venue payments that are no longer refundable after this time.
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible. If you cancel your reservation fully:
Up to 90 Days Prior: Deposit is forfeited. The remaining balance may be returned to you or it can used as credit for another retreat within two years of the date of your confirmed cancellation.
Less Than 90 Days Prior: For last minute cancellations, any fees paid will be non-refundable.*

Due to non-recoverable payments that must be made in advance to secure the retreat center, exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including but not limited to natural disasters, inclement weather, acts of terrorism, illness, health conditions, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, or change of mind. If you cannot reach the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed or canceled flights, retreat fees are unfortunately non-refundable. If you arrive late or need to leave the retreat early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay. We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
If we must cancel or postpone the retreat date for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you may transfer your full payment to a future retreat, or you may request a refund of your payments to us, constituting a full settlement including your deposit. We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled or postponed retreat or training, such as airline tickets, loss of work, visas fees and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including personal injuries or emergencies.
Travel Cancellation Insurance
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen that can be beyond your control. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance to cover any possible loss. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
